Reflections: In The Mirror Of The Mind in my opinion is a product of Floyd Bibbs experience in teaching and life occurrences in general, I applaud him for stepping into the writing arena and giving us the type of poetry that is so far removed from our normalcy. His poems have a personal fell to them, in Twees Nylorac it tell that he's in love and if I allow my inner thoughts to read pass his words in Time Changes Things (Revisited) it tell of a broken heart. This collection does not fully show the essence of what I believe this author can do, I believe Floyd Bibbs has a hidden agenda waiting to be written, perhaps in the form of a short story one of which would be a welcome addition to my now collection of his work. In Reflections my utmost favorite is Be A Square If You Dare. I must admit Bibbs did lose me in the introduction but once he regained my attention it did not disappoint. The Origin Of The Feud Between The Dog And The Cat would be great for both undergraduate and post-graduate students of Literature. Well done Mr Bibbs, now that you have found an audience you should not keep them waiting.Product details

I was one of the first to buy this book and it is truly the best book of poetry I have ever read in my life! The book has poems for everyone young, older, all races, both genders, and most of all it's an American classic! The author Floyd Bibbs' intelligence, open mind, and respect for people definitely shines throughout his writing! I highly recommend this book to all readers, especially to poetry classes!
This was a gift for someone who has worked with the author in the past.
